Recommend Recipe: Corned Silverside

1 piece silverside corned beef
- 2 cups assorted vegetables

1 cup hot water
Instructions:
- Place in slow cooker, covering the meat with the hot water. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
- Cook vegetables in boiling water 3-4 min
- Remove from silverside from cooker carefully.
- Serve immediately with vegetables or allow to cool and store in the refrigerator.
